Sadness and STDs

Sooo....I'm 18 with my first boyfriend and I just lost my virginity to him in september. I also just found out today that i tested positive for chlamydia... Has anyone else on here had this? What was it like for you? Everyone's saying i should breakup with him but that honestly wasn't even on my mind....he had no clue he had this, its not like he was lying. I dont know what to do and i just took the pills for it a couple hours ago and kill me..these are the worst, i feel horrid.
