May be pregnant again!

September 5th I had my second son. When the doctors cleared me to be intimate my fiance an I went for it. Only problem is he doesn't like "protection" we didn't need it in the begin an now he refuses to use it. November 2nd through the 4th was my first period since the baby. I had the birth control implant put in my arm 2 weeks ago while telling the doctor something wasn't right, they did a test an it came out negative. But as of today I'm 4 days late......It takes 30 days for the implant to start being effective an I'm not close to the 30 days..... Any suggestions ladies
