anyone tried d-chiro inositol?
I'm currently taking metformin, vitex, and cassava root. I am in cd 19 and still having ovulated. My opks are super dark but not positive and it's been that way for 2 weeks! Thinking about adding d-chiro inositol or myo-insitol. Anyone have any input or advice about the two?
