My dreams are actually scaring me

I had a dream that I had a miscarriage but it was so weird because I was in the bathroom and this sack fell out in the toilet and I opened it up and It was my baby?? and then it turned into a plastic baby doll... I thought a witch was after me and all these thing started happening like for example this weird milk bus was trying to run me over... ugh Idk it was so WEIRD has anyone else had a dream like this??
