Sex and anual pap

So what happens if I have sex before my pap. My pap is Tuesday morning and I'll be seeing my bf on Monday. We haven't had sex in a while and lately he's been getting really horny and stuff. So if we end up having sex on Monday will it interfere with my pap.

Also this will be my first pap after becoming sexually active so will there be anything different between the one I had last year and this one?
