after care for your vagina??

Hi mommies, I'm 18 and 26 weeks pregnant with my first baby. My mom passed away when I was little and my mother in law is nuts. So I don't know much about after care and what some women use and don't use on there vagina after birth. Any advice on products? Tips? Tricks? Heads up?

They will give you a spray bottle to fill with water and rinse blood off, pat with toilet paper, there is a cooling/numbing spray they normally give you and witch hazel pads to line the pad in your underwear to keep your lady parts numb and cool. Plus you'll have a lovely supply of granny panties given to you and if not then get some lol.

Witch hazel pads and I used always brand maxi pads. I also sat on ice packs for the first couple of weeks too. You'll be sore, take it slow ☺

The hospital staff will tell you all you need to know. You'll get ice pack pads, no sex for 6 weeks and plenty of nurses/DR to a answer any questions you have.

Well I hear the hospital gives you stuff you need . but I just bought today actually some pad undwear also pads that I'm going to put in the freezer and put wich hazel on them and you can't forget the numbing spray....I wasnt prepared with my first this is my 2nd in 10 years so I'm a little bit more prepared. Hope this helps.
