Worried about the caffeine!
I'm 29 weeks, and have not really had any caffeine intake the whole time. Tonight, I drank chai tea, which I researched that 1-2 cups a week in moderation is okay. I had one other cup of chai tea about a few days ago, but these are pretty much the ONLY two times I've drank tea or coffee in my pregnancy. About an hour later, I experienced cramping on my left side. Cramping that I haven't experienced yet. I haven't even experienced any Braxton Hicks contractions yet. I'm a little worried now. It seems to have disappeared but now I'm curious as to whether the caffeine in the chai tea had anything to do with it or if it was just a coincidence pain tonight. Any thoughts??
