my 🐱 is on fire 😫

My princess parts is on FIRE right now. I'm too scared to go to the docs about UTI's so I've never been before. Just used that powder you dessolve in water to rid the side effects but it's came bAck ! For the 4th time this year. I'm only 17 and hella scared of what the doctor will do will he ask to look down there ? Or just a wee sample ? can someone help I can't move  😫
