I've always had anxiety but for the past month it's gotten super bad and I've actually been out on medicine. I've lost 20 lbs which yeah that's great but I didn't want to lose it this way. I don't eat I don't sleep. When I try to eat I feel sick and it's really effecting me physically and emotionally. I want to get back in the gym but with no food in my body I know I won't have the energy. Please help😔 I'm running out of options
