not a lot of junk in the trunk
Anyone else got chronic boney butt syndrome? I've done squats all last summer and yeah my butt was hard and shapelier but I can't do anything about how small it is. I increase my dairy, ate beans and rice. It all goes to my boobs. I'm almost considering a reduction cause I hate having double d's with nothing to balance it out. Anyone know how to increase volume?
