High blood pressure 6 months postpartum

I need a little bit of help here. I had pre e with my daughter who was born 6 months ago and was on bp meds for 6 weeks and everything went back to normal. Today my bp shot up to 150/110 I was dizzy and had a massive headache. I drank water and rested and my bp went back down to normal. Dose anyone know if this is still the pre e or something else? I'm going to call the doctor on Monday I was just wondering if anyone experience this.
