How would you prove she lied? What happens to the child, clearly daddy doesn't want it. It's just not reasonable. I think if a pregnancy results because a woman lied than the father should be off the hook for child support.

The way I see it each person is responsible for their own birth control. Even if she lied the man should have a condom...and if a guy is poking holes in condoms she should be on some form of birth control anyways. It's not until you are in a serious committed relationship that you can both discuss how you want to prevent unwanted pregnancy.
Until that time you take care of your own business.
