double stroller or not???

Question

Hello ladies! To all the STM and above.  I currently have a 20mo old will be about 22mo when lil brother comes.  Should i get a double stroller or not?  I think its needed. Husband says no and MIL agrees with me.  Would like to know if it definetely a need or want.  Alternative was to just buy an umbrella stroller for big brother.  You input is greatly appreciated.

My daughter will be 3 in April, my son will be 1 in march and I am due February 1st with my second little man. I purchased the baby trend stroller from babies r us. I love it. Folds decently, a lot of different ways to use it. I love it and am happy I made that purchase, totally up to you. Everyone prefers different

I opted out!! I bought the ergo baby carrier instead! It's amazing!!  I will just use my single stroller that I already have and my infant carrier

My middle child will be 17 months when this baby is born. We felt a double stroller is worth it.

I use a baby carrier a lot too BUT I also use my double stroller all the time. Sometimes you need an extra spot to lay baby down, or to carry extra stuff, whatever. It's totally worth it.

I think it's worth it! My son will be 16 months when my daughter is born and I use our Stroller all of the time with him now! I thought of it as an investment and got the Baby Jogger City Select. It can be used as a single or a double and it is so easy to maneuver versus some bulky double strollers.

I got my first two kids a sit and stand double stroller. It worked perfectly and wasn't too big.

Im getting one, my son will be 21 months when his little brother is born. Yes he walks & all, but they get tired/sleepy eventually. You cant handle two strollers at once, so i think the double stroller is gona be perfect with two kids under 4 or 5. I say its worth it. Im getting a baby trend one.

I have a baby carrier I'll be using a lot but I also bought a second hand double stroller for $25. Hoping that will work well for me

My girl will be a little over 13 months when i have little brother..... no double stroller for us.... its a waste (to us) and is just too big.... my girl has been walking for months already...., we will just get a scooter board that latches to the back of the stroller.... she will love it im sure.... otherwise big sis will walk or go in the stroller and lil brother will be in the carrier.      If you would like one go for it! 😉☺️
