Pooping

Okay ladies. Who else has cramps, bloating, and diarrhea all at the same time? Because I sure do. I feel like I'm going to fart and accidentally shit myself because I feel so much pressure in my stomach from the bloating and pain from the cramps. Just one wrong move and I'm going to explode. Also, am I the only one who gets really light headed on their first day? Like I just got up to feed my chat and just got a major head rush and then light headed afterwards. I've never fainted thank goodness but I'm just wondering if anyone else is having this experience. There are only two other ladies in my home and one of them is mom and the other is my brothers girlfriend, and my mom doesn't get a period anymore, and talking about periods is super awkward when it comes to my brothers girlfriend. So I feel like I don't really have anyone to talk to other than my 19 year old aunt and she won't be over for a while. P.s. I also took two pamprins about 20 minutes ago and they haven't kicked in.
