Anyone got any tips? Even when I'm down for it I still can't get off without porn and I feel bad watching it beacuse I'm a Christian

Try replacing visual porn with audio porn instead... using your imagination more while listening to the sounds and then use that less and less until you can do it without. I did that after becoming worried about watching porn several times a week. I switched to audio porn and gradually cut it down and now I rarely use it 😊
