Stomach virus or pregnant?

Did anyone have this? Thought they had a stomach virus but turned out it was morning sickness and were pregnant? Or maybe the opposite of that. Tell your story and symptoms.

Omg that was me 100% with my son ! I was 17 and I was throwing up for days thinking it was a stupid stomach virus ! My mom already new that I was pregnant before I did ! The next day my bf came over N was like what if your pregnant and I said don't say that I'm not pregnant stupid ! lol end up going to the hospital & GUESS WHAT ! I was 4 weeks pregnant 😩😩 lol I find it funny now we all do but I am 19 and he is 20 now our son is 1 and almost a month old and we got married and all that ❤️ so yes i think it possible that it might not be a stomach virus at all 😂😂

Before I found out I was pregnant with my now 3yr old I thought it was a stomach virus because my then 1 yr old & SO both had a stomach virus the entire weekend and I had been taking care of them. I had watery diarrhea, a little nausea but no vomiting or gagging and an overall yucky feeling in my stomach. Then I was in the kitchen cooking honey mustard chicken helper and I put the packet of honey mustard sauce in the pan and as soon as the smell hit my nose I gagged then vomited. I knew then something was up because I never vomit except when I'm pregnant. So I went and got 2 dollar tree test & they were positive. Found out I was 3 months pregnant and no stomach virus.
