I'm bleeding after my ectopic surgery

I had surgery on Sunday had to get my left tube removed cause it looked like it was about to rupture so doctors caught it in my time my baby was already 3 centimeters so there was no way in hell I can do another methotrexate and I'm bleeding I'm not soaking it's just blood is this my period or my hormones breaking down has anybody bled after an ectopic surgery just asking cause this would of been my first pregnancy and sadly it didn't turn out on how I wanted it to be Also when can I take out my stitches
