IUD vs. NEXPLANON

So I have an appointment tomorrow for my new birth control, I was originally going to go with a Liletta IUD, but am starting to have second thoughts and am now leaning more towards the NEXPLANON arm implant. I have no idea which to do. I am nervous and am looking for some good advice. Help? :(
