Period shaming. ?

I've recently read an article that addresses the topic of that and a "period stigma" also tampon tax the also mentioned a few pics on social media of girls with blood stains on purpose. Is anyone familiar with these topics? How do u feel about it? I myself find it disgusting yes its just blood and natural.cramps hurt like hell but its also hard to get out of clothes it stinks and not to mention a damn Biohazard. I just wish we got paid days off for it lol
