Kidney stones

So I posted like 5 months ago about my kidney hurting well I had a ct and ultrasound done back then they seen something on ultrasound but nothing on ct..And my primary keeps telling me I have protein in my urine but no infections😣So she will not prescribe anything.Well the pain has gotten worse and I'm wondering if it could be a stone..Anyone know of a way that has worked for then in disolving or helping pass it..I read about pure lemon juice drinking that but sounds horrid😝
