breastfeeding help :(

My son will be 3 weeks old on Sunday. He's eating about 4oz of breastmilk, is this too much for his age?

Also, I pump and hand express because when I pump it hurts badly. I'm have a red spot/ and one spot is rough feeling... Is this a clogged milk duct? I'm afraid I won't be able to produce enough milk :(
