Possible implantation cramps???

So last night, 9dpo, I got these contraction like cramps that lasted for about an hour. My period is due in 4 days and I only get mild cramps for my period if any. After the contraction like cramps I could feel light pinching on my right side and then followed by a weird hot burning tingle in my lower abdomen for like 15 min. This is our 9th month ttc so I'm crossing my fingers. Any one know if these could maybe possibly be implantation cramps???😩
