cervical position question
I'm relatively new to checking my cervical position however when I completed a check for today it almost felt as though there was a small ball behind where I can feel the opening. Cervical opening feels closed but either this ball is new or I've never noticed it before.
Is this something to be concerned about? Anyone else ever felt this sort of thing ?
