How long after birth do I have to wait to be up and moving & wearing my waist trainer 😍🤔

I had a home birth so I was up and about just three hours after (the first three I was cuddling in bed with my baby) I had him at 1am and we went "to sleep" at around 4am but I was too high on adrenaline to sleep. I was sitting up holding my baby like this >>😳 WTF JUST HAPPENED?? lol so I got up at 6am. My mom kept sitting me down, but I was up getting my own water and doing whatever I had to do.

They really want you to move around as much as possible really soon after birth to help with the swelling and what not. I couldn't handle a waist sincher until 2wks after because of how tender my belly felt.
