Period like pain after stretch and sweep?

Im sorry if this is a silly question, I had a sweep today at 1:30pm, at around 5pm I started to get period like pains that lastest for about 20 seconds then faded off these were happening every 10 or so minuets, it's now 1am and I still have these pains but there more painful and coming every 6-7 minuets and are lasting about 35 seconds then they ease off again, im a FTM and I don't know if this is labour or if it's just where I had the stretch and sweep and it's irritated everything ? Ive also had some spotting and a bloody discharge (sorry tmi). My beans still riggling round like normal, perhaps a little less than normal but nothing to noticeable.
