how long is it taking you to fill up

My daughter will be one month tomorrow and with the hand pump it takes me 30 Minutes to an hour to pump 10 oz from one boob any suggestions on how to get the milk faster I have nothing stored yet😩 oh and had her via c section they told me I would be a late bloomer
