Keeping Illness at Bay?
It is one o'clock in the morning. The wife is 36 weeks and sound asleep. The six year old woke me up two hours ago having thrown up. I've cleaned her up, she's thrown up more, and now she's taken her ondansetron and fallen asleep in a makeshift sleeping bag on her bedroom floor. I've handwashed her plushy and now I'm rotating the laundry.
I've washed my hands a few times, but I get the feeling that everything is contaminated and contagious. Is there any I can do other than wash my hands to help keep the family healthy these next few days during the holiday season?
