Cycle 🤔
I've been off my pill since October this year and waited 30 days for AF to appear 21st Nov and last the usual 6 days (5 then slight spotting on 6th)
This time was 26 days from start of last period to AF came today (Glow predicted Monday) I would say the cramps were sorer than they have been. Question is when coming off your pill did your cycle take a while to settle back down or is that still classed as a 'regular cycle'? I used opk both months and both had strong positives Day 14-16 AM 😊
