This guy & I have been texting for about a month now and we've hung out a little bit. We've been flirting back and forth for about two weeks. And I was teasing him saying no kisses unless you ask me out. And he said like out on a date? I said yes. And he told me "maybe we could go on a date one day, when I have more funds". Do you think he's just flirting/messing with me? Do you think if he wanted take me out he would've found the money?
