friends/roommates health shaming ?

Sierra
Hi all. So, it's a little bit of a story but here it goes: I live with two roommates who are very thin, and can eat what they want and drink and not workout and stay that way. I on the other hand am not so lucky. I've always had about an extra 15-20 pounds on me and I fluctuate easily. Ive never been able to really get rid of it ( a mix of full healthy lifestyle revamp and half assing it) and have started to try and make a change for it. I have a gym membership and I also go to an outside fitness class three times a week, one of which falls Saturday morning. Im trying to be strict with myself and eat healthy, not drink and smoke as much, and get into shape. However, I struggle with my roommates who I have known for years sort of excluding me from invites going out and sort of making me feel bad about trying to eat healthy and it's getting to a point where I feel like I'm being shamed for not joking about unhealthy my lifestyle is and just drinking and smoking and eating crappy always. I don't care what they do, but I wish I got more respect about my choices. Any similar situations? Advice?
