lightning crotch! 😩⚡️

I'm 38 weeks and today this lightning crotch is relentless! I just drove up to McDonald's which is like 2 miles from our house (I wanted a pie lol) and my SO just stayed home and I really didn't think I was gonna make it home. It was terrible! I am 3.5cm and 75% effaced as of my 37 week appointment. Does lightning crotch mean labor is near? I'm so ready for all this pain to go away 😩 and now I'm laying in bed and everytime I feel pain my left butt check feels like it's getting a Charlie horse 😭😭
