Breastfeeding @ 7 months

Hi everyone I am sill nursing and we have started solids. I am curious how often your little ones are nursing now? Are you beginning to stretch out? I try to do 2 servings of solids a day but sometimes I don't get them in (she falls asleep nursing)  we're going every 3 hours but I just feed her like clockwork and was wondering if I should just be letting her go until she gets fussy or appears hungry
