Hemorrhoids and anel fissures

Who out there is having the same issues as me? I woke up one day with terrible constipation and later that day relieved it with much difficulty. Then a couple of days later I woke up with terrible pain in my bottom. When I touched the area I realized that I had two hemorrhoids and an anal fissure. I know the pain of a fissure because I have had one before with my first baby. Can anyone else relate or am I just strange?
