Bed Rest??

I've been told bedrest may be the only way to keep my little man alive since his amniotic fluid has gone down and his placenta isn't working properly.. but I work for a dentist and I don't know how I will afford to be out of work short or longterm with just my fiancées income.. I don't think I can apply for disability unless I work for an large company and this is really stressing me out.. I want to be a good mom and do everything I can to try and keep my little boy alive but I have to work to pay my bills.. I know twin pregnancies are always stressful but this is too much for me right now😓
