nightmares??

So randomly my two month old was crying so bad in her sleep I woke her up and she was so relieved to see me and as she was staring at me she kept puckering her lip. Is anyone else's LO having nightmares.. I hate it I wish I could take away all the nightmares 💔

One day my LO cried in his sleep and not like whimper but like quivering lip break you fricken heart cry. I picked him up and cuddled him and he was ok. Mama wasn't so ok lol.

Our girl does this occasionally. My hubs said "what could a baby have a nightmare about?" and I said "waking up cold and alone." Lol we both teared up.

I've only seen him do it once and he quieted down in a few minutes. I would've woken him too, if he kept going! Poor little guy!

It breaks my heart when my LO pulls an upset or distressed face or even cry out when asleep, luckily it's only been for a split few seconds before she smiles again so is nice that my hubby makes light if it for me to reassure. It must be awful if your LO was getting worse and last longer, I think you do right to wake her, she'll be reasured thet she's ok and safe in mummy's arms.

My LO does that, my DH makes a light joke about it and says she's dreaming that the milk has dried up, then she smiles immediately afterwards and he says 'oh it's on again' 
I am surmising/hoping it's just involuntary facial expressions, rather than nightmares

And note I only woke her because it was getting worse and she wasn't calming herself down so I calmed her so no rude comments 🙄
