39 weeks

So being pregnant i know its normal to have increased discharge. But last night my underwear got pretty wet in the night. I had to change them. I put on a pad but it didnt soak through the pad completely. But now a second pair of underwear are pretty wet. Anyone just have really increased discharge right before labor starting or could it be a slow amniotic leak? I would hate to go in if its not a leak! Thanks!
