Watching Jerry Springer, don't judge, and this girl came to meet this guy she met online that she really likes. Turns out the guy is actually a girl and she would get her brother to talk on the phone to disguise the fact she was a girl. Would you still want to date the person regardless of the lie?

I wouldn't, just because they "catfished" me . If I'm supposed to be talking to you and telling you personal stories about my life and instead I'm telling this all to your brother..then you guys sit at the table later and talk about what I've said or pictures I've sent. No, thank you. Hard pass.

Well no because I'm heterosexual and I feel that a modicum of sexual interest is essential to a healthy relationship. If I were bisexual, I probably still wouldn't date them given that they were a lair.

That's so sad that she was deceived like that and actually caught feelings. I've heard about stories like that where they actually gave it a try. But that would be hard to get that trust back

Their gender identity doesn't matter to me, but the fact that they lied to me and I haven't actually been talking to that person does.

In that situation, no. I wouldn't date that person. That's "catfishing". I would, however, be down to date a transman. Idc if they have a vagina, if they say they're a man, they're a man. We would have to figure some things out sexually, but if you love someone, then you love them.

I'm not really too worried about this though, since I already have a pretty serious boyfriend. If we ever broke up, I wouldn't be against dating a transman
