No clear answer , still spotting 10 weeks.

I am terrified as I have started seeing brown/pink mainly sometimes mixed in red when I wipe only this past Monday.

I went in Wed for ultrasound and baby measuring 2 days a head and heart beat is good , cervix closed and no blood found anywhere in there.

Dr didn't give me clear answer why , past few days it happened only twice a day but today I while every time I use bathroom there is either pink or brown stuff. I am taking progestrone 200mg too.

😔 I had early mc in Sept and blood looked different but I am just terrified getting this far and not knowing why this is happening.

Anyone had spotting bleeding around 10 weeks ?
