Chances?

I'm late for my period by two days, having mild cramps and some soreness to my breasts. My partner hasn't finished inside but we use the withdrawal method mainly. I think we had sex during the first day of my fertile window and once since then. I can't test right now but does anyone think it's likely I'm pregnant?
