When should I go to the hospital???

Im 39w 2d and had a membrane sweep yesterday morning. Ive been having contractions since about 3 am ( its now almost 5 am) around every 11-12 mins and they are lasting about a minute each. Should i think about going to the hospital anytime soon?

I'd wait until they're closerr to 5-6 minutes apart. I was in labor for more than 44 hours and got sent home 2 times before being admitted. When I was finally admitted I was having very strong contractions every 3-5 minutes and was finally 6cm. But that didn't happen until 25 hours of less intense contractions. Was in the hospital another 19 hours before he was born ☹️️ was a very tough back labor

I'd wait another hour and see if they get closer. Both of my labors were very fast. My second I had contractions starting at around 9 min apart, and within an hour they moved to about 5 min apart.
