Need advice!!!

Okay so I thought I was pregnant, I was so excited when I saw that second line appare! I took more than one test which all came up with a positive line. So today I took a shower and got a sharp pain, just to see blood dripping down my leg. So off course I went to the hospital. I had to do a urine sample and for them to tell me I'm not pregnant. And I have protein in wee. I'm just so stressed out about it and got my hopes up I just want to know if anyone else has gone through this and what was the out come?? It seems to be I have come on my period now :/
