Question about breast pain!?!

I have been having breast pain lately so I am guessing AF is on her way. My question to you all however is will like a heating pad or something help to reduce it? Has anyone tried that before?

Nothing ever works for me😫😫

Either a heating pad or an ice pack are commonly recommended. Whatever feels best for you. (Unless you're pregnant or breastfeeding, then talk to your dr.  Sometimes heat will feel good at the time but feel worse later).
