anxious about pregnancy

So I had sex yesterday, and we used a condom. He said when he pulled out it was halfway off and he came inside of me. He said the open part was still on him though. A few mins ago, I saw drops of what looked like discharge in my panties. I'm so nervous. If we had sex about 20 hours ago, would cum take that long to come out? How likely is it that I'm pregnant?
