Pregnant??

So my bf and I had PROTECTED sex a few times this month. Every time I was on my period and right after my period. The thing is I've had really sore boobs and high body temperatures, which are signs of pregnancy. I don't know if this is just my anxiety taking over or what but I took two pregnancy tests and they both came back negative. My question is, can cum overfill a condom? Thoughts?
