URGENT

girls i need help please. so every time that i go to take out a tampon, it always gets stuck on this like string of skin stretching across my vagina. this can cause me alot of pain and i end up having to put my fingers in my vagina to pull the skin to one side whilst my other hand is pulling out the tampon. now i am also a virgin but i have been fingered before and my boyfriend said that he coukd feel it abd it was causing me pain so i am way to scared to have sex. can somebody please please please tell me what this is and hiw i can fix it please 😭😭
