chunky/thick white discharge?

Help! I'm a teenager so I don't know a lot about this stuff. I've tried to educate myself, but I just want a general consensus on what this means. A yeast infection? How do a take care of it? Anything I should not do? How to ask for help? (No particular smell or stench. No itch. Some tenderness) I started noticing something not right around thanksgiving.
