36 weeks. breech baby. need some comforting words

So my baby is breech and I'm 36 weeks and I really need some comforting words as I am headed for a c-section. I had a normal delivery before so I know how it feels to have a normal delivery but I am scared to death for the surgery. Please tell me how long is the recovery for ?? And how soon can I be on my feet. I have school going kids at home and I cannot be on rest for too long. How many days at the hospital??? What's the timeframe for the recovery of the stitches ?? Thanks.
