help idk what to do....:/

So I noticed a little pimple about two weeks ago between my lips and my thigh. Last week it got a little larger so I thought it was an ingrown hair so I just let it be so it would get out on its own, but yesterday I noticed a tiny white head and after I showered it popped. And now it seems to have scabbed up. I'm not too sure what's happening. :( should I go get tested??
