it's hard when they aren't supportive.
I'm staying with my family while my husband is out of town. I breast feed our one month old but no one in my family ever breast fed so they aren't really supportive. They don't really say anything bad about it but they asked me if I brought bottles and formula with me and when I said no she's a breast fed baby (which they know) they were just kind of like oh ok. I feel like I can't just use a cover up and I have to go to a completely different room and shut my self away from the general population just to feed my daughter. Why are breast fed moms so heavily judged...? I can't feed my daughter out in public with out people giving me dirty looks. I always use a cover up when nursing around people other than my husband so it isn't as if I'm just pulling my boobs out in front of people. My child is healthy and fed... isn't that what should be important not how she's getting fed?
