can my boobs naturally get smaller?

Is there any way my breasts will reduce naturally? I'm a UK size 8 in all clothes but I'm a size 28J in bra. I'm 4'11", so obviously I have a tiny frame and my boobs are just massive. I'm also in college for dance and even though I wear supportive sports bras it's still so difficult😩. I'm only 18 and I can't afford to get any sort of surgery right now but I finish college next year and after that I'll be going to auditions to be signed by agents for jobs and I think they would automatically rule me out as I'm unable to wear certain costumes.
